Each Iris lamp has a flebyible gooseneck that ebytends from a thin chrome pole. Teardrop shaped shade. The shade and base trims are also chrome. Each contains 3 by 1-watt LED bulbs.

Nice bright white light. Goose neck allows it to be turned to any position. Bulb doesn't become too hot. Not necessary to touch the portion of the lamp that contains the bulb as it does get warm, but you can move the lamp by grasping the top portion of the goose neck to position the lamp anywhere you would like the light to shine. Great for a desk or bedside table. Nice toggle switch on the base of the lamp. One brightness alone, but that's fine. Very attractive light. I couldn't be happier with it and would recommend it to anyone for their desk or bedside table or even a bookshelf. This type of bulb emits a bluish light that does light the reading matter, but not in the way you may have expected unless you are familiar with this type of bulb.
