My only complaint is that the light bulb is not centered in shade, it touches the side and I don't have the tools to straighten it out. This is a common complaint for goose neck lighting products. The other issue I had was the halogen bulb came dislodged from the receptacle. Reinserting was challenging and I'm not confident it will stay in place. Also, the side of the unit has open slits presumably for ventilation, but these allow too much light through, out the side of the light. I mention this because I have a similar light that does not, and I prefer it. This is a quality light, but designers need to engineer their goose neck supporting structures better, or they are not useful.
